By accessing and using Pets.Cash ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Pets.Cash is a platform that facilitates the exchange of virtual pets from Adopt Me (a Roblox game) for various forms of compensation, including but not limited to:

  • ROBUX (Roblox virtual currency)
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift cards
  • Other digital assets as may be offered

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Transactions

All transactions are subject to the following terms:

  • You must be the legitimate owner of the virtual pets you are trading
  • All trades are final once completed
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion
  • Pricing is determined by market conditions and may fluctuate
  • We are not responsible for changes in Roblox terms of service that may affect virtual items

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service
  • Trade pets obtained through unauthorized means (hacking, scamming, etc.)
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Pets.Cash, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pets.Cash or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Virtual pets and related content are the property of Roblox Corporation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pets.Cash provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of virtual items due to Roblox policy changes
  • Technical failures or interruptions in service
  • Disputes between users
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
